Free, confidential and impartial information, advice and support for parents, carers, children and young people with SEND aged 0-25 in Hertfordshire. Helps with EHCPs, school placement, exclusions, annual reviews, mediation and appeals. Provides individual casework, telephone support, online resources, events and workshops. Arms-length from the local authority. Offers one-to-one support for complex cases and helps prepare for meetings and understand legal rights.
