Hertfordshire Short Breaks for SEND Children

Short Breaks offer disabled children and young people in Hertfordshire the chance to spend time out with others socialising and doing fun activities, giving their families a break. Includes holiday clubs, Saturday clubs and activity schemes with trained workers. Activities range from Lego and computer skills to buddying sessions. Families can access up to 40 hours per year through the Short Break Local Offer (SBLO). For more hours, a social care assessment via the 0-25 Together Service is needed. Co-produced with families.
