NHS children's occupational therapy service for children aged 0-19 across Lincolnshire, provided by Lincolnshire Community Health Services (LCHS). Open referral system. Works with children with physical disabilities affecting daily living including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spinal muscular atrophy, arthrogryposis and congenital limb absence. Specialist interventions for fine motor skills, daily living activities, seating, postural management and equipment needs. Offers a pilot telephone advice line for parents and professionals. Does not assess for DCD/dyspraxia or sensory processing difficulties.
