Helps with EHCPs, school placement, exclusions, annual reviews, mediation and appeals. Provides individual casework, telephone support, online resources and events. Arms-length from the local authority. Services available Monday to Friday. Aims to respond within three working days. Also offers Who's Who guides to help families find the right teams and services.
