County-wide Short Breaks Service for children and young people with SEND aged 5-18 across Northamptonshire, commissioned by Northamptonshire Children's Trust and delivered by Action for Children. Provides youth clubs (term time), Saturday clubs and holiday clubs. Also offers overnight breaks and respite care arranged through social workers. Caters for a range of needs including Moderate Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, physical disabilities, and visual/hearing impairments. Inclusive approach fostering socialisation and independence.
