Rutland Family Hubs offer a range of services for families with children aged 0-19 (up to 25 with SEND) at Visions Children's Centre in Oakham. Provides early help, parenting support, SEND advice, baby clinics, family activities, breastfeeding support, speech and language groups and holiday activities. The hub works closely with health visiting, school nursing and midwifery services. Referral and self-referral options available. Part of the national Family Hubs transformation programme.
