Offers one-to-one telephone or video call support and online group sessions led by peer educators — all parent carers with lived experience of SEND. Covers all Essex County Council areas. Provides emotional support, practical advice and a listening ear from someone who truly understands the SEND journey. Also runs community events across Essex.
