Lincolnshire County Council short breaks scheme providing a range of activities, childcare and respite for children and young people with disabilities aged 0-18 (up to 25 with SEND). Universal provision includes sports clubs, youth groups, libraries and children's centres open to everyone with no assessment needed. Early help and targeted support available for families needing additional help. Services delivered through family hubs, community settings and the HAF programme across the county.
