NHS community paediatrics service for children across Lincolnshire, provided by United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT). Multi-disciplinary team assessing and managing developmental difficulties, neurodevelopmental conditions including autism and ADHD, physical disability, sensory impairment and complex health needs. Clinics held at Lincoln County Hospital, Grantham and District Hospital, Pilgrim Hospital Boston and County Hospital Louth. Referral required via GP, health visitor or school.
